This cancellation policy applies to consumers only, meaning natural persons who conclude the contract for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal. It applies to contracts for web hosting packages and for domain services of VHUG Technologies OÜ.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VHUG Technologies OÜ, Lõõtsa tn 5, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail: hello@vhug.tech) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for a service contract once the service has been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by us. You give this consent and acknowledgement when ordering by ticking the relevant box.
Notes on hosting and domains
Web hosting packages are continuing contracts. If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the service has already begun at your request, you only pay a proportionate amount for the period used until your withdrawal statement. We refund any further amounts you have already paid.
For the registration or transfer of a domain we begin performance at your express request as soon as your order has been received. If the domain has already been registered or the transfer has been completed, this service has been fully performed and your right of withdrawal for the domain has expired, provided you expressly consented to performance (see above). If the registration is not yet complete when the withdrawal reaches us, we refund the payment for the domain minus a reasonable amount for services already performed, in particular fees already paid to the registry.
A domain renewal after the first year is not a new order and does not create a new right of withdrawal.
