Websites need maintenance. Yours probably isn't getting enough

Transparent pricing. No surprise bills. Actual humans answering your mails. That's how we've kept clients happy for 15+ years.

How we approach problems you might have

typical problems

  • Security updates pile up for later

  • Small issues become weekend emergencies

  • You're never quite sure what you're paying for

  • 'Just this once' becomes every time

how we fix them

  • We make proactive updates before they're critical.

  • Direct access to your support team

  • You only pay for work we actually do

  • 15+ year client relationships don't happen by accident

Three things you can count on

  • Your site stays secure

Security updates, monitoring, backups. The boring stuff that keeps you safe. We handle it proactively, before it's urgent.

  • Problems get fixed fast

Direct access to the developer working on your site. No ticket systems. No 'we'll get back to you.' Just real responses from people who know your setup.

  • You sleep Better

Some clients have been with us for over 15 years. Not because we're cheap - because every time something breaks, we've already fixed it.

How we keep it honest

  • You only pay for actual work

Monthly retainer covers monitoring and updates. Additional work? We ask first, then bill exactly what we do. No padding, no surprises.

  • Clear proposals, clear invoices

Before we do any work, you get a written estimate. Invoices show exactly what we did and how long it took. No vague line items, no mystery charges.

  • Direct communication

You work with the people actually doing the work. No call-center playing telephone. Our dedicated support team is happy to hear from you.

  • Long-term thinking

We build for the next 10 years, not the next invoice. Some of our clients have been with us since 2007. That's the relationship we're after.

Long-term care for long-term clients

Common questions about maintenance & support

We've been maintaining websites for 15+ years. These are the questions clients ask most often - answered honestly.

  • We're a team, not a one-person operation. Your support requests are handled by multiple people who know your setup. If your primary contact is unavailable, someone else who's familiar with your website will respond. We also maintain detailed documentation for every site we manage, so anyone on the team can step in when needed.

For truly critical issues (site completely down, security breach), we have on-call coverage even during holidays. We take these situations seriously and respond immediately.

  • For maintenance contract clients, we typically respond within 24 hours - often much faster. Critical issues (site down, security problems) get immediate attention.

Response time isn't the same as fix time. Simple issues might be resolved in the same response. Complex problems get an initial assessment, then a realistic timeline. We'd rather give you an honest "this will take two days" than promise "quick fix" and disappoint you.

  • All our contracts have a default runtime of one year, with automatic renewal. You can cancel up to 4 weeks before the next renewal.

That said, most clients stay with us for years - not because they're locked in, but because the relationship works. We're not interested in keeping unhappy clients. If we're not the right fit, we'll help you transition to someone who is.

  • Maintenance covers ongoing care, updates, small fixes, and technical support. It doesn't cover major redesigns, new feature development, or significant structural changes to your website.

If you ask for something outside your package, we'll let you know before doing the work and give you a clear estimate. No surprise bills, no hidden charges. You decide if you want to proceed.

We also don't include domain registration, email hosting, or third-party service fees (like premium plugins, DeepL credits or AI tokens) - those are billed separately if needed.

  • No. We maintain plenty of sites built by other developers or agencies.

Taking over an existing site requires an initial audit to understand the setup, document everything, and identify any technical debt. This audit is billed separately (usually 4-8 hours depending on complexity). After that, regular maintenance pricing applies.

Be honest with us about any known issues or quirks - it saves everyone time and makes the transition smoother.

Not sure what your site actually needs?

We'll take a look and give you an honest assessment - no sales pressure, no obligation to sign up. Just clear answers about what maintenance makes sense for your situation.
